Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENTS
To ensure that your services start on time, we request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. If you are late, it will cut into your service time. Please call us if you are going to be late.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When you schedule your appointment you will be asked for your credit card number or your gift card number to hold the reservation. We require at least 24 hours notice (48 hours if your reservation if for multiple services or for more that one person) to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you should need to cancel in less than 24 hours (48 hours for multiple services or for more than one person) or if you simply do not show up for your appointment, there could be a charge to your credit card for the full amount of the services scheduled, or it could void your gift card.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be purchased in the Spa or online. These cards are non-refundable/non-transferable and any unused value will remain on the cards for one year from date of purchase.
OTHER
We strive to provide a tranquil, serene environment for all of our clients and patients. We respectfully request that all cell phones be turned off prior to entering the spa. Please also remember other guests that may be enjoying services in a quiet atmosphere.
